Kym Dudley

Being in love with hairdressing her whole life, Kym formally entered the beauty industry in 2003. Regularly attending trade shows and studying sociology and hospitality independently, Kym has exhibited a commitment to continued education, professionalism and quality presentation.

Kym has served as event manager for reputable brands such as Target, D’Usse, and Bacardi. Kym used her understanding of marketing objectives to publish Quintessence Magazine before founding QUEENS Salon where she serves as a cosmetologist and barber offering superior service and memorable experiences.

No matter the role, Kym’s goal is simple -- to empower women and ignite self-love by shining a light on natural beauty and treating every salon guest like royalty.

Amani S. Floyd
Business Consultant

Amani Stephen Floyd is a graduate of Florida A&M University with a Masters of Business Administration. He served as the CEO of the WSBI. Prior to entering the post graduate program, Amani served in the Student Affairs department as the Program Coordinator of the Office of Religious Life at Philander Smith College in Little Rock, Arkansas. He is most noted for his development and administration of the program “Empowering the African American Male,” which is designed specifically to enhance the social, spiritual, and educational growth of the black male.


Amani attended the University of Arkansas Pine Bluff on a football scholarship where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management and Marketing. He served as the Director of Outreach for several years while living in Little Rock. He coordinated a number of social service projects including the Broadway Bridge Project serving over 150 people monthly, the Ronald McDonald House project feeding over 25 families monthly, the UAMS project, which fed families lodged in the Intensive Care Unit, and the Arkansas Rice Depot, whose mission is to feed needy children throughout the state.


As a professional Amani served several leadership roles with the Murphy Oil Corporation. He is a business consultant and music educator for the Javacya Arts Conservatory in Tallahassee, Florida. He is a motivational speaker, President of Amani Stephen Enterprise, and health coach with Herbalife International. He is a member of Toastmasters International and the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Incorporated.
